It is with great excitement that we are announcing the latest addition to Backcounty Journeys Photography Tour, Workshop & Safari itineraries. This winter we will be taking a select small group of photographers on a journey to photograph Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks during their least crowded season. Winter in Utah’s canyon country is nothing short of spectacular and the landscape photograph opportunities are endless. From snow-capped Hoodoos in Bryce Canyon to the towering Navajo Sandstone walls of Zion – this trip is sure to inspire your creative vision and you will leave with not only memories but excellent images as well. Our first foray (as a Backcountry Journeys group) into Zion & Bryce during winter will be lead by Kenton Krueger who is the author of 90% of our blog posts as well as an expert in Southwest geology. Kenton will have you covered from the moment you land in St George, Utah to helping you compose your landscape masterpieces in two of our most strangely beautiful National Parks. This is a six day trip that costs $2995 and includes lodging, ground transportation, most meals and expert instruction. Interested in joining us this winter in Utah?
