Today, Backcountry Journeys announces two new trips: Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula, and Interior Alaska, as well as Denali & Prince William Sound. These two Alaska-based photography tour itineraries will redefine what it is to be a photography tour.
There simply are no trip itineraries anywhere out there that will give you a more complete Alaskan experience. If you want to see and photograph a perfectly balanced sampling of all that makes Alaska what it is, these trips are your ticket to ride! And, by “ride” we mean: by vehicle, by boat, and by air.
There really are no limits with these two new trips. Neither will be ‘just a wildlife trip,’ or, ‘only landscape-based.’ These trips will blend both styles of nature photography with equal fervor.
These tours will also not be limited to a particular season – you’ll be able to pick between spring, summer, winter, and/or autumn departure dates. And, as mentioned above, these tours will not be limited to only vehicle travel, either. Sure, we’ll be doing a good deal of driving as we explore these special parts of the ‘Last Frontier’- but, we’ll also take to coastal waters by boat, and to the skies via bush plane! Whatever it takes to get the shots.
Let’s take a quick look at each trip individually:
