New Trip: Brown Bears of Katmai: Brooks Lodge

We are EXTREMELY excited to announce the release of an all-new Lodge-Based version of our ever popular Brown Bears of Katmai Photography trips. We’ve been camping with the bears for years – and it’s an AWESOME experience out in the wilds of Katmai National Park, Alaska. Camping isn’t for everyone however and so we decided to begin offering a lodge-based version of the exact same trip. This is a hard-won effort as reservations for Brooks Lodge are only available via lottery and the entire summer sells out in the blink of an eye. The lodge is a very small collection of rustic cabins on the forested shores of Naknek Lake equipped with an excellent restaurant, full-service bar, a great room with a large fire-place and just a short walk to the action at Brooks Falls
