How Our Loyalty Program Works
Our loyalty program tiers are based on the Number of Completed Photography Tours. Every completed photo adventure—whether past or upcoming—counts toward reaching your next tier.
As a loyalty member, you’ll have year-round access to select, hand-picked photography trips at discounted rates. The higher your tier, the greater the discount you’ll enjoy.

You can track your progress through our Tribe Portal. If you believe our systems may not have counted all of your trips, please reach out to 928-478-1521, and we will review your account for any discrepancies.

We hand-pick select popular trips for our loyalty discounts, and you can find them within our brand-new customer portal under Rewards.
"When can we use loyalty discounts?"
Loyalty discounts can be used year-round on select trips.
"I've completed [x] number of tours and it's not showing the right loyalty level."
Please reach out to a Photo Adventure Specialist, and have them review your account. Sometimes mismatched emails will prevent our system from recognizing all of your completed trips.
"I recently completed a photography tour, and my tour count hasn't adjusted."
Please give our system a day or two to properly adjust your trip count. If you're on the verge of leveling up and would like to reserve your next tour with your new tier discount, please contact our office, and upon review of your account, can reserve your spot with your discount.
